It is reported that this air route is operated by Western Airlines, with three round trips per week. The flight number from Lhasa to Singapore is PN6425, which operates on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. It takes off from Lhasa at 17:40 Beijing Time, arrives in Chongqing at 20:30, and then takes off from Chongqing at 22:50 (the take-off time on Mondays is 23:00), arriving in Singapore at 03:55 Singapore Time on the next day.

The flight number from Singapore to Lhasa is PN6426, which operates on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. It takes off from Singapore at 04:55 Singapore Time, arrives in Chongqing at 09:40 Beijing Time, and then takes off from Chongqing at 12:20, arriving in Lhasa at 15:20.
